Who we are
The data controller is ESTATE 360 S.R.L., VAT/CUI 50486412, Trade Register J2024018883000, registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Intrarea Chefalului 11-13, bl. F, floor 3, apt. 6. You can write to estate@estate360.ro or call 0722 222 783.
What data we collect
The site does not store what you type into the forms. When you press "Prepare request", the message opens in WhatsApp or in your email app, and we only receive what you choose to send: usually your name, phone, the dates you want or details about your apartment.
Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your request and, if we reach an agreement, to sign and carry out the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't turn into a contract are deleted within 12 months at most.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Messages go through the services you choose (WhatsApp, your email provider). Short stays are booked on Airbnb, under Airbnb's terms.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to estate@estate360.ro. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no marketing cookies. For traffic statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. The maps on the apartment pages are loaded from OpenStreetMap. If we ever add tools that set cookies, they will only run after you give consent.
